The Value of Grounding Yourself

The Value of Grounding Yourself

I believe that it is necessary to ground ourselves in our physical existence in order to regulate, find balance and make changes.

I recently had an experience where some emotional challenge triggered me so much that I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t stop crying and never mind ground myself. The only thing I could reach out to was my practice. At some point I remembered my breath, felt my feet on the ground and I started finding some safe places in my body. Slowly I started to relax, regulate and was able to deal with the situation.

Grounding is not only helpful to connect to self-awareness, but also to experience self-acceptance and self-love. Grounding helps us to learn, to integrate and to enjoy life.

Maybe you want to take a moment now to feel your feet, then feel your whole body and slowly become aware how you are experiencing yourself right now from the inside. Start being curious about your way of grounding, how you experience your roots growing into the earth and being here in your unique body in this particular stream of life.

I am celebrating my own uniqueness and I am celebrating you in your unique life stream. And maybe when the going gets tough next time you can remember this moment, this curiosity, this appreciation of yourself.

Much love and many blessings,
Ghata

Ritual for the dead and celebration of life

Each year we have a wonderful community day in Mullumbimby, dedicated to the people that we have lost over the years. It is a deep and truly touching event and I always try to be part of it when I am around.  Luckily the weather was good enough for the event to be held outside, under the old fig trees.

Everyone can offer prayers, light a candle, put photos of loved ones on the tree and just be in the space of love, compassion, grief and celebration.

It is a gift to participate!

I love sharing this space with my beloved and friends. There is always so much that can be felt and offered.

How lucky we are to have such a community!

I pray for all the people we have lost and all those who are fighting for their life right now. I pray for love and life and celebrate and enjoy every moment that I am here on this beautiful planet. Thanks to all my friends and the people that I have met and will meet and that make my life such a wonderful, rich and delightful experience.

Ghata’s Birthday Video

My husband Kamal put together a birthday video for my 47th birthday in January. It was one of the most beautiful surprises I have ever gotten and I would like to share it with everyone who might be interested. I watch it from time to time and it always makes me laugh and cry and I feel so loved and cherished. Thanks to everyone who participated and to all my friends and mostly to my beloved Kamal! Magic Blessings on Flinders Island December 2011

After the Shematrix training in Mullumbimby I needed a break and so we went to Flinders Island/ off Tasmania to visit our friends Lila and David on their magic property once again. For me this is one of the most intact places on this planet and every time I go there I receive many blessings and healing. And once again I am grateful for the magic of the place, the mountain, the water and for my friends.

The Island has gorgeous beaches with extraordinary rocks that often look like artwork.

One of the most precious things to do is hiking up to the goddess grove. The views are spectacular

and the water is truly golden and has healing powers. Although the water was cold we bathed and covered ourselves with the healing foam.

After a big storm the waterfalls were roaring

and I was able to take a bubble bath in the cold creek water that was rich with healthy minerals. This felt like the necessary clearing for a big transformational change some days later:

Walking and standing in a labyrinth at the foot of the mountain

my Guardian Angel offered me a new guide, a new Angelic support.

I have been given the guidance of a new Golden Angel that stands right behind me. I was so full of energy after this event that I laughed and cried a the same time. I am so happy and feel so very blessed!

Kamal was given a Dragon Egg by the mountain which he found at one of the most unlikely places for such a rock. He loves it and was granted permission to take it home by the mountain and the guardians of the land.

This and many more things were celebrated with our old and some new friends.

And then there was of course the blond echidna

the baby wombat

that we were able to hold

and that wasn’t disturbed by many women sitting on Ana’s bed and being totally besotted by the little thing.

Isn’t she so cute?! Her name is Magnolia.

And despite the intense weather we had some great times at the ocean with big waves and stormy winds

as well as sunny moments for a quick dip in the ocean.

Golden sunsets,

Eagle blessings,

wallabies with their joeys all around us

and the most magnificent moments of the sun sinking into the distant mountain.

I feel truly blessed and given to. I am home now and sitting in gratitude and wonder!

Yes, I feel like I have wings right now! Can you see it?

After the Trainings and Workshops – a Journey into the Mystery

After a wonderful time in Germany with the magic of all the trainings and workshops I traveled with my husband to Germany to experience the magic of the crop circles and the old druid places. And after receiving the blessings of my work in Germany I was blessed again. First we spent a week in Wiltshire and I would like to share some of my experiences with you.

We spent our first day in Avebury and experienced the energy and  magic of a very old culture.

I was taken by the power and strength of the old circles in Avebury.

Stonehenge had a deep and strong power as well, but unfortunately it isn’t very accessable  for tourists anymore.

And in this case we were tourists. Still it felt important to visit this place, to feel it and see it.

This day also brought our first crop circle and this is how the true magic began for my journey to Wiltshire. The first crop circle reminded me of the energy of Angels and divine dimensions.

and I bathed in that energy.

We all enjoyed it and filled ourselves up

Our first crop circle was a miracle!

Even for people who don’t believe in these kind of miracle it was apparent that these circles are not just made by human beings. They always appear after a night and are absolutely precise and perfect. No crop is destroyed, just bent.

Hmmm, it was magic and I felt blessed and given to. I still feel like that and the blessings keep on coming.

Our second crop circle appeared the next night and we were obviously the first people who stepped into it.  It had a very different energy, not as easy to hold, more masculine and nearly mathmathical. Again it was impossible to explain and just unbelievable.

Amazing, isn’t it?!

The next day we went to an older circle. It was a bit harder to feel through the energy of everyone who had visited this site to get to the essence of the circle. But it was still amazing.

sn’t it beautiful?

After this circle I was allowed to have the most beautiful experience in a circle that was there the day before and got completed over night.

This circle was for me a circle of the goddess. I had so many visions and energetic imprints running through me. It was as though I was given 5 new archetypes of the feminine. My whole system was vibrating in new dimensions and I laughed and cried at the same time.

I am so grateful for this experience.

I needed some time for integration and so we visited some old holy places. First of all we went to  Kennet Long Barrow, and old burrial ground that had a sound for me, a deep humming. The most amazing thing was that you could see and feel Salisbury from here.

I could have stayed her forever.

Again I felt the depth of the Magic!

And then we went to our last crop circle. This one was soft and it felt like it was completing everything.

This circle was close to one of the beautiful white Horses from England. Isn’t it beautiful?!

With this experience my crop circle journey was complete. Now I wanted to visit some more old important places. And so we went to the White Dragon AKA Horse of Uffington. The sun was shining as we went up the hill  and looked over the dragon hill into the valley.

Later we went along the Ridgeway past the Uffington Caslte to Wayland Smithy, a gorgeous old neolithic burrial ground that is surrounded by tall birch trees.

For all of us this was a beautiful ending.

We all enjoyed the magic of this place together.

Yes, the experiences in Wiltshire were magic, touched and transformed me.

I am looking forward to my next training and my work. I feel that the change in me also changes my work and will make it deeper and wider.

Spreading Light

The times on the planet are intense and in my opinion it is even more important to spread our light, live as in inspiration to others and enjoy every moment fully!

This is what can help to enjoy and spread light:

enjoying time with your beloved

Relax with friends in a break of work

Singing with friends

Laughing in the midst of being used

Enjoying parties

Relaxing in the arms of a trusted friend

Shopping at the Farmers Market

Swimming in the ocean and opening up to the vastness of it

enjoying the view with friends in the hot tub

and just being crazy sometimes

That’s what I believe! Enjoy life!
